Where do your products come from?
Every object is made by hand in India, brass from Moradabad (the Pital Nagari), block-print from Sanganer, Lippan mirror-work from Kutch, Dhokra cast metal from Bastar. For each piece we can name the region and the technique that made it.
Are these mass-produced?
No. These are handmade heritage objects. Small variations in finish, colour and impression are the evidence of a hand, not a defect. No two are exactly alike.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 10–14 days and is free on orders over $99 (a flat $9 shipping charge applies below that). Express delivery arrives in 7 days for a flat $14.90. Same rates across the US, Canada and the UAE.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, complimentary on every order. Each gift is hand-wrapped in block-print paper and sealed with wax. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll include it, handwritten.
How do I care for brass?
Brass develops a warm patina with age, many people love this. To restore shine, rub gently with a paste of lemon and salt, rinse, and dry. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. Full care notes live on each product page.
What is your returns policy?
If a piece isn't right for your home, return it within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Reach us at team@houseoftaraasha.com and we'll make it easy.
