Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If something is not right, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Because our pieces are handmade, small variations in colour, finish and size are natural and are not considered defects.
Final-sale items, gift cards and personalised pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
