Shipping

We ship worldwide from India. US orders arrive in 10 to 14 business days and ship within 2 business days. Shipping is free on US orders over $99. US Standard is $9.99 and US Express is $24.99. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Returns

If a piece is not right for your home, return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the item price. Handmade variation in colour, finish and impression is the nature of the craft and is not considered a defect. To start a return, write to team@houseoftaraasha.com with your order number, the issue and photos, and we will make it simple.

Damaged in transit

Every order is packed by hand with care. In the rare case something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
