Details
Green and red dori, wound with a thread of zari gold, finished in small beads that catch light without asking for attention. Nitya means eternal — a fitting word for a thread meant to outlast the day it's tied.
The Nitya rakhi set is built from dori, thread, and beads in a green-and-red palette, with a fine zari detail running through the cord. Each of the two rakhis measures 36 cm, kept deliberately slim so the thread sits close to the wrist rather than announcing itself. There's no pendant, no charm competing for attention — just cord, thread, and bead, put together with restraint. For a brother who'd rather forget he's wearing anything by midday, this is the rakhi that lets him. Comes as a pair, ready for Bhaiya and the sibling tying it.
Materials + Care
Pure brass, sheesham, cotton — colours from a dye pot, not a swatch. Brass deepens with use; that is not a defect, it is the object becoming yours. Care notes for each material live in the Details above.
