White and Blue Floral Bed and Bath Gift Set

Block-printed by hand in the tradition of Sanganer, outside Jaipur, Rajasthan, the floral motifs on both the bedsheet and the towels were stamped using carved wooden blocks loaded with natural-process dye. The white ground is unbleached cotton. The blue is indigo-adjacent, it shifts slightly in different light, which is what natural dye does.

This set pairs a double bedsheet with two pillow covers and a bath and hand towel set, each piece handcrafted and hand block-printed with the same floral motif in white and blue. The block-printing was done using carved wooden blocks, an artisanal technique practiced for generations in Sanganer, Rajasthan, where the artisan stamps the dye onto fabric repeat by repeat, not through screen or machine. On the towels, the waffle weave carries the print into its ridges, adding texture to the pattern.

The set arrives ready to give or keep. The blue will settle and deepen across the first five washes. The cotton softens with use in a way it cannot in a showroom, you have to sleep under it a few times before it becomes what it is meant to be.
