Woven in Ganderbal, Kashmir, from willow wicker, this small planter uses the Keani Keam technique, a hand-weaving tradition that produces a tightly interlaced surface with real structural integrity. The rust and indigo strands are worked into the weave itself, not applied after; the color is part of the construction.
Small enough for a desk plant, a succulent, a propagation jar. Sits flat on any surface. The combination of rust and indigo reads warm against natural wood and cooler against white walls, it does different work depending on where you put it.
