Handwoven Solid Ivory Cotton Door Curtain

Ivory is not white. In handwoven cotton, ivory is the colour of the thread before it has been bleached, the natural undyed state of the fibre, slightly warm, slightly varied across the width of the cloth. On a pit loom in Rajasthan, the ivory cotton curtain is woven with a stripe that appears only when light catches the weave at an angle: the same thread, a different rhythm, the structure revealing itself slowly.

• Machine wash cold or hand wash in cold water.
• Wash separately for first two washes to prevent colour transfer.
