Details
Beige and blue in handwoven cotton, the palette of unbleached cloth and the dye of indigo fields in Rajasthan. The stripe is formed in the weave, blue weft crossing beige warp in a pattern set at the loom and held over the full length of the panel. Handwoven on pit looms, the cloth carries a slight unevenness that catches light differently from hour to hour, the same stripe, never quite the same light.
A handwoven cotton curtain in beige and blue, soft enough to work in a bedroom, structured enough to hold a living room doorway. The stripe is woven rather than printed: the colour lives in the thread, not on its surface, and it will not fade or crack at the fold. The drape is gentle, the hand slightly textured in the way that pit-loom cotton always is.
Beige and blue together work in any room that already has something in it, because both tones are generous, they give other things room to breathe.

Materials + Care
